insane price. :)

you do know that after friday the current draft format is Zen-Zen-WWK right?

I figured that we would forgo the standard format for our first draft event, since we missed our opportunity to get a pre-release kit. This should be enticing enough to get some people to come out. After the initial draft on the 12th, we will probably adopt the standard format. The price and support will stay the same though. 8-)

I think that people would probably come out for triple Prophecy at $6 for the 3 packs.

...that may be pushing it. :)

I will always draft for $6...even if its trips prophecy

it can not be as worse as the betrayers of kamigawa, double fallen empires, mirage draft we got for free at DK once....it was just awful

I wouldn't draft Coldsnap for free. I'd need to be compensated for my time. Other than that, yeah, for $6, I'll come draft.

Is the start time 6:00 or 6:30 pm? How many people can you accomodate - 20, 30, 40 or more? It sounds like a lot of people will likely be in attendance, and I'd hate to show up and be turned away. If that happens, there is nowhere else I could drive to in time to make the draft. I think Ogre's would be the closest. Do they even draft for FNM?

6:30 start time, and we have 6 tables and chairs that we can use. Hell if there were a need for more, then we have 5 8x4 gaming tables at standing height for miniatures that we could use in a crunch.

Yes, it was an awesome event! And I'm not just saying that because I went 3-0 for the first time ever in a draft. ;)
