Saint Louis MTG

Worldwake Game Day on Saturday, March 6th. We will start @ 1pm sharp, and will be registering from 12:30-12:45.
$6.00 entry fee- 2 packs per player into the prize pool, prize packs to the top half.

Standard Constructed
Deck lists will be required
Swiss rounds - 50 minutes per round
Number of Swiss rounds based on attendance
All players may participate in all Swiss rounds
The top 8 players after the Swiss rounds will advance to the single-elimination finals
In the case of an event with 16 players or less, the Swiss rounds will be followed by a cut to top 4
In the case of an event with exactly 8 players, there will be three Swiss rounds with no single-elimination cut
Top 8 matches will be best 2 of 3
Where necessary, the standings after the Swiss rounds will be used to determine final order in the standings
24K, Competitive REL
All Universal Tournament Rules and Magic: The Gathering Floor Rules are in effect for this event unless specifically overruled by information in this Format Document
Prizes
All participants receive a Hada Freeblade promo card exclusive to Magic Game Day
The Top 8 payers each receive an Kalastria Highborn full-art promo card exclusive to Magic Game Day. Two Kalastria Highborn promo cards will also be awarded at random.
The winner receives the Worldwake Game Day winners certificate, as well as the Worldwake Champion title. Selected top 8 decks and all Game Day winners will also be featured on magicthegathering.com.

Just 2 days away! We will also run a draft after the event, as we always do on Saturdays. (in case anyone doesn't know- we now typically run 3 drafts on Saturdays, @ 1pm, 6pm, and 9pm(ish). No 1pm this week, though, due to Game day.

I am thoroughly impressed with Newcastle comics. Game day was smoothly and professionally run, there were plenty of extra seats (read - room for more players, we had 27 people in the tourny). I had a great time and will definately be back to your store.
